Christmas Light Installation in Frisco

Holiday lighting for Frisco — newer architecture, crisp lines, and rooflines that reward precision.

Frisco, Texas

Holiday lighting designed for Frisco

Frisco is mostly newer construction, and that's an advantage. Clean fascia lines, consistent eave heights and defined gables mean a roofline install can be genuinely crisp — which also means any spacing error is obvious. Precision matters more here than elsewhere.

Sunday cuts every run to the specific roof and sets spacing so the line looks deliberate from the street. On newer Frisco elevations with stone accents, second-story balconies and tall entry features, we use those elements rather than ignoring them. Installed, serviced all season, removed at the end.

What we look at in Frisco

Newer rooflines, sharp lines

Consistent fascia and clean gables make for excellent roofline work — provided spacing and terminations are planned rather than improvised.

Tall entry elevations

Two-story entries and stone-clad front features are strong focal points and often the best place to concentrate detail.

Younger landscaping

Trees on newer lots are smaller, so roofline and architectural lighting carry more of the design. We compensate with landscape and entry detail.

Yes. Second-story rooflines, tall entry gables and balcony details are routine for us. We bring the equipment for the height, which is the main reason not to attempt these yourself.

Yes. On newer lots we shift the emphasis to roofline precision, the entry elevation, columns and landscape beds. Once your trees mature we can add tree work in later seasons.

Yes. Frisco, Prosper, Celina and the surrounding North Dallas growth corridor are all within our service area.

Every property is priced individually, because the work is genuinely different from house to house. The drivers are linear footage of roofline, roof height and pitch, how many stories we're working at, the number of peaks and returns, how many trees or landscape features you want lit, and whether you want a full property design or a single focal element.

Sunday quotes per property rather than publishing a flat rate, and the quote covers the full season — design, custom-cut lighting, installation, in-season service, and removal. Send us your address and a photo and you'll get a specific number rather than a range.

Earlier than most people expect. Installation calendars in Dallas–Fort Worth fill through October, and the best slots — the ones that get your lights on before Thanksgiving — go first.

Book before November 1st and you also get 18% off your holiday lighting.

Whatever suits your home. Warm white is the most requested look on upscale DFW architecture because it reads cleanly from the street, but classic multicolor, red and white, red and green, blue and white, single-color schemes and custom combinations are all standard options at no design premium.

Sunday pink is our brand color, not a required lighting color. It appears on our trucks, our crews and this website — it is never added to your display unless you specifically ask for it.

You tell us and we come fix it. In-season service is included — no visit fee, no hourly charge, no ladder in your garage.

We do, and it's already part of your quote. After the season we return, remove everything including clips and hardware, and leave the property the way we found it. Storage is handled on our end, not in your attic.
